The Joel Wall

What the system did for three real businesses.

A recruiting company, a business formation company and a cleaning company each run on one operating system we built and keep building. Every number below came out of their own data.

Sales and high-ticket companies

Closers, setters, commissions
Nomadic Closer · recruiting

Placement revenue they had earned and could not see.

Nomadic places high-ticket closers inside other companies and earns a share of what those closers sell. The money sat on one set of records and the roster on another, so nobody could see what was owed. One pass over their own data joined the two.

$1.86Min placement revenue already earned, found in one pass over their own records.

Revenue the payment platform could not name, and renewals that were never late.

Their payment platform labelled a large share of sales "unknown product", and their old system flagged renewals as overdue. We asked the platform the question the right way, and checked every renewal before a single client was chased.

$120kof revenue reported as "unknown product", put back on the right product lines.
118renewals flagged as overdue. We checked them before anyone was chased. None were late.

Colombian Cleaning · $600k+ a year

A cleaning company that runs on the system, end to end.

This is Joel's own company, so it is where every piece gets built first. Booking, dispatch, the cleaner app and pay all run on one system, and the office works from one place.

200past customers texted every day to bring them back, automatically, on the owner's rules.
11operating problems fixed this month: missed calls, cold quotes, quiet recurring customers, photo refunds and crew callouts.
