AI Operations / 2026

For businesses between six and eight figures

We build and run the systems your business is missing.

Most owners spend years piecing this together one tool at a time. We install the whole operating layer, ship new features into it every month, and tell you which levers to pull next. You do not pick a tier. Your revenue sets it.

What one feature actually means

Not a ticket. A system.

A feature is not a settings toggle. It is a working piece of your operation, built, wired into your data, and running in production by the end of the month.

Most of what a business asks for has already been built once. When it has, you are not waiting on a discovery phase and a roadmap. You are waiting on the time it takes to point it at your numbers.

That is the whole reason this is priced monthly instead of per project. The library compounds. Every system built for one business shortens the build for the next one.

A power dialer

Queues your leads by segment, holds a lead the moment it is called so two reps never hit the same number, and drops back into rotation on your rules.

A finance layer on your books

Reads straight from QuickBooks and gives you the P and L view your accountant does not build, at the category level, current.

A recruiting and payout board

Every affiliate sees what they referred, what it collected, and what they are owed. You see what you owe out.

Built last year

Two in-house developers could not build it in two years.

A recruiting business wanted one thing: a portal where every affiliate could see the businesses they referred, what those accounts had actually collected, and what they were owed, with the owner seeing the payout total on the other side. Two developers on staff had been on it for two years. It did not exist. We shipped it working in under a week.

You are not buying one person's calendar. When a build calls for a specialist we do not have on the bench, we bring one in from a network of more than fourteen developers we have worked with directly. The scope does not shrink to fit who is free.

Every Monday, 7am

The report you actually read

Where the business stands, what moved since last week, and the specific levers we would pull to grow it. It goes out on every band, including the first one. If the numbers are flat, it says so and says why.

Who you actually deal with

Two people, not a queue

Corey

Runs your account

On the top band he runs your weekly L10 as your integrator, which means he chairs the meeting, holds your team to the numbers they committed to, and clears what is blocking them. That is an operating role inside your business, not a check in call.

On the middle band he takes the monthly session on your system and what to focus on next. At the top band you have his direct line.

Joel

Builds the systems

Founder of 379 Digital. He writes and ships what goes into your operation, which is why a feature request turns into a working system inside the month instead of a roadmap conversation.

Top band clients get a monthly one on one with him to make sure what is being built is still the right thing to build.

Ten years of figuring it out, or one of installing it.

Bring four numbers to the call and we will tell you which band you land in and what we would build first.

  1. Monthly revenue
  2. Monthly ad spend
  3. Return on ad spend
  4. Average ticket
