AI Operations / 2026

For owners doing $50k to $10m a year

The software your business needs, built and run for you.

Most owners bolt this together one tool at a time for years and still end up as the bottleneck. We build the systems, run them, ship something new into them every month, and send you a Monday report saying what to do next. You do not pick a tier. Your revenue sets it.

What one feature actually means

Not a ticket. A system.

A feature is not a settings toggle. It is a working piece of your operation, built, wired into your data, and running in production by the end of the month.

Most of what a business asks for has already been built once. When it has, you are not waiting on a discovery phase and a roadmap. You are waiting on the time it takes to point it at your numbers.

That is the whole reason this is priced monthly instead of per project. The library compounds. Every system built for one business shortens the build for the next one.

Your reps stop dialing dead numbers

A dialer that queues leads the way you sell, locks a lead the second someone calls it so two reps never hit the same number, and puts it back in the queue on your rules.

You stop waiting to know where you stand

Reads straight from QuickBooks and shows the profit and loss view nobody builds for you: by category, current today, not six weeks after the quarter closed.

Everyone who refers you knows what they are owed

Every referrer signs in and sees who they sent, what those accounts collected and what is coming to them. You see the payout total on the other side, before it is asked for.

You are not buying one person's calendar. When a build calls for a specialist we do not have on the bench, we bring one in from a network of more than fourteen developers we have worked with directly. The scope does not shrink to fit who is free.

Every Monday, 7am

The report you actually read

Where the business stands, what moved since last week, and the specific levers we would pull to grow it. It goes out on every band, including the first one. If the numbers are flat, it says so and says why.

What the work actually did

Four numbers, all checkable

$1.86m

In placement revenue a recruiting client had already earned and could not see, because the money and the roster sat on different records. Found in one pass over their own data.

$120k

Of a client's revenue that their payment platform was reporting as "unknown product", until we asked it the question the right way.

118

Renewals a system was reporting as overdue. We checked before anybody was chased about them. None of them were late.

6 days

To ship the affiliate payout portal two in-house developers had been on for two years.

Who you actually deal with

Two people, not a queue

Joel

Builds the systems

Joel has spent 12+ years building and scaling businesses, including an 8-figure exit and a run as CMO of a 9-figure company. Today he operates a portfolio of businesses across the US and Colombia, from a $600K+ ARR cleaning company to a motorcycle fleet in Medellín, and advises companies doing up to $8M in revenue.

Joel is a systems builder at heart. He designs the marketing, automation, and operating structures that let a business grow without the founder carrying every decision. Through French Bull, he brings that same approach to clients: AI-driven marketing and automation built by someone who has scaled, sold, and still runs real companies.

Top band clients get a monthly one on one with him to make sure what is being built is still the right thing to build.

Corey

Runs your account

Former sales and ops leader at HubSpot, Wayfair, and in finance, who scaled teams at 8- and 9-figure companies. He now brings that enterprise playbook directly to founders, one on one.

On the top band he runs your weekly L10 as your integrator, which means he chairs the meeting, holds your team to the numbers they committed to, and clears what is blocking them. That is an operating role inside your business, not a check in call.

On the middle band he takes the monthly session on your system and what to focus on next. At the top band you have his direct line.

Thirty minutes. A straight answer.

Bring four numbers and we will tell you which band you land in, what we would build first, and what it would change. If we are not the right fit we will say so on the call.
